II. Personal Use Criteria

BSWriter, LLC does not give individuals permission to link to (or copy) JPEG images and other material, including:

III. Social Media and Web Usage Criteria

BSWriter, LLC does not authorize sharing the photography, images, written work and/or other copyrighted work to Social Media sites (i.e. Facebook, X, Instagram, Google+, etc.) and the Web, including:

1. Sharing of the copyrighted work for personal and/or non-commercial use.
2. Copyrighted work can not be copied and pasted to other sites.
3. If you are preparing FREE online site guides for other photographers, bloggers, and photography forums, you may NOT make use of these images.

IV. Commercial Use

Those persons who wish to use the photographs, images, authored material, and other work found on this site in a commercial fashion must receive express written consent from BSWriter, LLC prior to its commercial use. To obtain consent, interested parties should send an e-mail to contact@bswriter.com. In that e-mail the following should be addressed:

1. Image(s), authored material you would like to use
2. Where they will be displayed
3. How they will be displayed
4. Intent of its display
5. Duration of their public viewing
6. Any other information you feel would be useful

V. Copyright Infringement is Serious
